Final communique of the 107h Session of the National Commission for the Evaluation of Training Domains Offered Abroad
Under the High Supervision of the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Chancellor of Academic Orders, the 107h Session of the National Commission for the Evaluation of Training Domains Offered Abroad took place on Wednesday, 7″ December 2022, in the conference room of the Higher Teacher Training College of the University of Yaounde I.
Prof. Wilfried NYONGBET GABSA, Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education, chaired the Session on behalf of the Minister of State, Minister of Higher education. The Representative of the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform, in his capacity as Vice-chairman, the Representatives of the Prime Minister’s Office, as well as statutory members, guests and experts of the said Commission were all in attendance. The Technical Secretariat was composed of personnel of the Sub Department of equivalence of the Department for the Coordination of Academic Activities of the Ministry of Higher Education.
After the usual greetings, singing of the National Anthem and the verification of the quorum, three main points structured the meeting, namely:

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌, 𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:

Thus, the year 2022 ends with the holding of four sessions, during which nearly 6.000 files were examined, out of which 5594 equivalences were granted, 62 rejected and 37 cases of fake certificates.
The National Commission expresses its sincere thanks to the Government of the Republic for the human, material and financial resources made available for the diligent and efficient accomplishment of its missions, which are in line with the New University Governance Policy, prescribe by 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐁𝐈𝐘𝐀, 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂, 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬.
