Digital University: Paul BIYA’s Method: Rigour and audacity

In order to ensure the digital transformation of Cameroonian Universities through the digitalization of teaching and administrative activities, the Head of State, His Excellency Paul BIYA has set up a futuristic project: the E-National Higher Education Network including the implementation of a framework agreement which was signed with the technical and financial support of the People’s Republic of China on June 18, 2015 in Beijing by the Cameroonian Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development and the Chinese Minister of Commerce in the presence of the Cameroonian Prime Minister, Head of Government.
