Communiqué Radio/Presse

Le Ministre d’État, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur, Chancelier des Ordres Académiques, informe les lauréats des Examens Nationaux de BTS, HND, DSEP et HPD de la session de juin-juillet 2018 que leurs diplômes sont disponibles, et peuvent être retirés aux bureaux 1356 et 1337 (13ème étage) de son département ministériel dès le lundi, 22 juillet 2019.
Le retrait de ces diplômes s’effectuera uniquement par les lauréats, sur présentation des pièces ci-après :
– original de la Carte Nationale d’Identité informatisée, de la Carte de Séjour ou du Passeport, ou de la Carte de Réfugié, selon le cas ;
– photocopie du diplôme de Baccalauréat, ou du GCE A/L, ou d’un diplôme équivalent ;
– photocopie de l ‘Attestation de Réussite à l’examen concerné.
Les lauréats titulaires d’un diplôme de Baccalauréat étranger, ou son équivalent, devront fournir l’original de l’Extrait d’Équivalence dudit diplôme délivré par les services compétents du Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur.
Par ailleurs, les lauréats des Examens Nationaux des sessions antérieures sont informés que leurs diplômes, Attestations de Réussite/relevés de Notes, sont en souffrance dans ses services compétents, et doivent être retirés.

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Chancellor of Academic Orders, hereby informs laureats of the June-July 2018 session of the National Examinations for BTS, HND, DSEP, and HPD, that their diplomas are now available, and can be obtained from the following offices: Doors N° 1356 and 1337 (On the 13th Floor) of his Ministry as from Monday 22 July, 2019.
These diplomas shall be withdrawn only by the successful candidates themselves, upon presentation of the following documents:
– An Original of the computerized National Identity Card, Residence Permit or Passport, or the Refugee Identity Card, where applicable;
– A photocopy of the G.C.E. Advanced Level, or the Baccalaureat, or any equivalent certificate/diploma ;
– A photocopy of the Success Testimonial or Attestation of the examination concerned.
Successful candidates who are holders of a foreign G.C.E. A Level or Baccalaureat, or its equivalent, shall present the original of an Excerpt of the Equivalence of the said certificate/diploma issued by the competent services of the Ministry of Higher Education.
Further more, successful candidates of previous sessions of National Examinations are informed that their certificates/diplomas, Attestations/Transcripts are also available in the competent services, pending collection.

Press release : Audience MINETAT/MINESUP to the Rector of AUF

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Chancellor of Academie Orders, Professor Jacques FAME NDONGO, informs the national and international University community, that he received in audience on July 9, 2019, Professor Jean-Paul de GAUDEMAR, Rector of the Francophonie University Agency (AUF). During the audience, we revisited the state of relations between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Francophonie University Agency after which we committed ourselves to carry out the following projects of common interest:
1 – ERASMUS+, Concrete and Technical Learning Proçram for Entrepreneurship (PACTE). This initiative is complementary to the programs already implemented in Cameroonian universities (the Bachelor-Master-Doctorate system, the professionalization of teaching, business incubators, the Cameroonian Student Genius and Talent Exhibition Show (GETEC)) and aims systematically at integrating the entrepreneurial spirit into training programs.
2 – IDNEUF, which is an initiative of the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF), implemented by Francophonie University Agency of the (AUF), culminating in the digital development in the Francophone University Space.
3 – DIGITAL ATLAS OF CENTRAL AFRICAN RESEARCHERS. This important instrument should contribute to a better visibility of Cameroonian researchers and their productions, fruits of the Special Grant for the Modernization of University Research instituted by the Head of State.
The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education is cognizant of the very high instructions of the Head of State, His Excellency Paul BIYA who, after the donation of 500 000 computers to students of public and private Universities, prescribed the construction of ten (10) University Digital Development Centers at the Ministry of Higher Education, in the eight (08) State Universities and in the Inter-State Cameroon-Congo University in Sangmelima.
The construction of these University Digital Development Centers is completed in the following institutions : the Ministry of Higher Education, the University of Yaounde I, the University of Yaounde II and the University of Douala.
The project is ongoing in the following Universities: the University of Bamenda, the University of Buea, the University of Dschang, the University of Maroua, the University of Ngaoundere and the Inter-State Cameroon-Congo University in Sangmelima. Download the press release

Communiqué : Audience MINETAT/MINESUP au Recteur de l’AUF

Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur, Chancelier des Ordres Académiques, le Professeur Jacques FAME NDONGO, a l’honneur d’informer la communauté nationale et internationale, qu’il a reçu en audience le 9 juillet 2019, le Professeur Jean-Paul de GAUDEMAR, Recteur de l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF). Au cours de cette audience, il a été question de revisiter l’état des relations entre le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie et de s’engager pour mener ensemble les projets d’intérêt commun suivants :
1 – ERASMUS +, Programme d’Apprentissage Concret et Technique pour l’Entrepreneuriat (PACTE). Cette initiative qui vient en complément des programmes déjà implémentés dans les universités camerounaises (Le système Licence – Master – Doctorat, la professionnalisation des enseignements, les incubateurs d’entreprise, le Génie et Talent de l’Etudiant Camerounais (GETEC)), vise à intégrer de façon systématique un parcours entrepreneurial dans les cursus de formation.
2 – IDNEUF, qui est une initiative de l’Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), mise en œuvre par l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), visant le développement du numérique dans l’Espace Universitaire Francophone.
3 – L’ATLAS NUMERIQUE DES CHERCHEURS DE L’AFRIQUE CENTRALE. Cet important instrument devra contribuer à une meilleure visibilité des chercheurs camerounais et de leurs productions, fruits de l’allocation pour la modernisation de la recherche universitaire instituée par le Chef de l’Etat.

Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur se félicite, des très hautes instructions du Chef de l’Etat, Son Excellence Paul BIYA qui, après le don de 500000 ordinateurs aux étudiants des Universités publiques et privées, a prescrit la construction de dix (10) Centres du Développement du Numérique Universitaire au Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur, dans les huit (08) Universités d’Etat et à l’Université Inter-Etats Cameroun-Congo à Sangmélima.
La construction de ces Centres du Développement du Numérique Universitaire est achevée au sein des institutions suivantes : Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur, Université de Yaoundé I, Université des Yaoundé II, Université de Douala.
Elle se poursuit dans les Universités d’Etat ci-après : Université de Bamenda, Université de Buea, Université de Dschang, Université de Maroua, Université de Ngaoundéré, Université Inter-Etats Cameroun-Congo à Sangmelima. Télécharger l’arrêté
