ln execution of the Very High Measures enacted by the Head of State, His Excellency Paul BIYA, aimed at supporting empirical governance in State Universities, for the implementation of fundamental and applied research capable of contributing to the emergence of Carneroon by 2035, The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education informs Higher Education  teachers-researchers  actually  in  service  in  the  eight  (08) aforementioned University Institutions that, following the provision of funds by the Minister of Finance, relative ta the special account for the modernization of university research, created by the Head of State on April 8, 2009, payments of these allowances for the 4 th  quarter of the 2018 financial year shall be done as follows:
1. Bank transfers: at the level of the accounts of the teachers concerned: beginning on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, and continues in accordance with the timetable set by the technical services of the Ministry of Finance;
2. Over the counter payments:  from March 18, 2019, at the Accounting Agency of this Special Account on the 10 th floor of the Ministry of Higher Education.    Download the press release

En vue de la poursuite diligente des Très Hautes Mesures édictées par le Chef de l’Etat, Son Excellence Paul BIYA, visant à soutenir la gouvernance heuristique dans les Universités d’Etat, pour la mise en œuvre d’une recherche fondamentale et  appliquée susceptible de  contribuer à l’émergence du Cameroun à l’horizon 2035, Le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur a l’honneur d’informer les Enseignants-chercheurs effectivement en service dans les huit (08) Institutions universitaires susvisées que, suite à la mise à disposition des fonds par le  Ministre des Finances, relativement au compte d’affectation spéciale pour la modernisation de la recherche universitaire, créé par le Chef de l’Etat le 08 avril 2009, les paiements des allocations concernant le 4ème
trimestre de l’exercice 2018 s’échelonnent ainsi:
1. Virement bancaire: au  niveau des comptes des enseignants concernés: commencé le mardi 12 mars 2019, il se poursuit conformément au calendrier arrêté par les services techniques du Ministère des Finances;
2. Billetage: à partir du 18 mars 2019, à l’Agence Comptable du Compte d’Affectation Spéciale  (10e  étage du Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur).  Télécharger le communiqué
