Public notice

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education and Chancellor of Academic Orders informs the national and international public that the accreditation granted to Bamenda University Institute of Science and Technology (acronym: BUST) as a “University Institute” (and not a “University”) does not allow BUST to issue diplomas independently of its mentor universities, which are the University of Buea and the University of Dschang.
Consequently, all diplomas (HND, Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree, PhD) delivered and signed in violation of its accreditation status by the authorities of BUST are not recognized by th Ministry of Higher Education.    Download the notice
