In furtherance of the application of the Very High Instructions by the Head of State, His Excellency Paul BIYA, aimed at supporting heuristic governance in State Universities for the implementation of research based on the enhancement of fundamental and applied knowledge and support to development, the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, hereby informs that:
Following the disbursement of funds by the Minister of Finance, the payment of the allowances pertaining to the earmarked account for the modernization of University Research corresponding to the first (1) quarter of the 2023 fiscal year, is proceeding normally.

1-BANK TRANSFER
The operation, which started this Thursday 30 March 2023, in banks where the accounts of the teachers concerned are domiciled, shall continue methodically according to the schedule agreed upon by the technical services of the Ministry of Finance. (suite…)

En vue de la poursuite diligente des Très Hautes Mesures édictées par le Chef de l’Etat, 𝐒𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐁𝐈𝐘𝐀, visant à soutenir la gouvernance heuristique dans les Universités d’Etat, pour la mise en œuvre d’une recherche axée sur l’approfondissement des connaissances fondamentales et appliquées et l’appui au développement, le Ministre d’Etat, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur communique :
Suite à la mobilisation des fonds par le Ministre des Finances, le paiement de l’allocation relative au Compte d’Affectation Spéciale, pour la modernisation de la recherche universitaire, correspondant au 1er trimestre de l’exercice 2023, se déroule normalement.

1-VIREMENTS BANCAIRES
Débuté ce jeudi 30 mars 2023, auprès des banques de domiciliation des comptes des enseignants concernés, ils se poursuivent méthodiquement, conformément au calendrier arrêté par les services compétents du Ministère des Finances. (suite…)
