ln the furtherance of the application of the very high measures taken by the Head of State, His Excellency Paul Biya, aimed at supporting heuristic governance in State universities for the implementation of fundamental and applied research likely to contribute to the emergence of Cameroon by the year 2035,

The Minister of  State, Minister of Higher Education hereby wishes to inform Teachers-Researchers of the eight (8) State Universities that, following the disbursement of funds by the Minister of Finance, the payment through bank transfer of the allowance pertaining to the earmarked account for the modernization of academic research, instituted  by the Head of State on  8th April   2009, corresponding to the fourth (4^th)  quarter of the 2019 fiscal year, started  this  Wednesday  19^th  February  2020,  in  banks where  the accounts  of  the  teachers  concerned are  domiciled  and  shall  continue methodically  according to the schedule agreed upon by the technical services of the Ministry of Finance.     Download the Press Release

En vue de la poursuite diligente des Très Hautes Mesures édictées par le Chef de l’Etat, Son Excellence Paul BIYA, visant à soutenir la gouvernance heuristique dans les Universités d’Etat, pour la mise en œuvre d’une recherche fondamentale  et  appliquée susceptible de  contribuer  à  l’émergence  du Cameroun à l’horizon 2035,

Le  Ministre d’Etat, Ministre  de l’Enseignement Supérieur a  l’honneur d’informer les Enseignants-chercheurs en service dans les huit (08) Institutions universitaires susvisées que, suite à la  mise à disposition des fonds par le Ministre  des Finances, le paiement,  par virement, de l’allocation relative au compte  d’affectation  spéciale  pour  la  modernisation  de  la  recherche universitaire,  créé par le Chef de l’Etat le 08 avril 2009, et correspondant au 4^ème trimestre de l’exercice 2019, débuté ce mercredi  19 février  2020, auprès des banques de domiciliation des comptes des enseignants concernés se  poursuivra méthodiquement, conformément au calendrier arrêté par les services techniques du Ministère des Finances.    Télécharger le Communiqué
