Article 1 : Un concours sur épreuves est ouvert pour le recrutement de deux cent dix (210) élèves-ingénieurs en première année du cycle des ingénieurs de conception et de quinze (15) élèves- architectes de l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de l’Université de Maroua, pour l’année académique 2019/2020.
