Circular Letter on the implementation of Anti-COVID-19 Government preventive measures within the Ministry of Higher Education.

Within the framework of the reinforcement of Government’s preventive measures and in prolongation of the fight against the deadly effects and spread of COVID-19 prescribed by His Excellency Paul BIYA, President of the Republic, Head of State and made public by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Chief Dr Joseph DION NGUTE, on the 17th of March 2020, and given by extension of my Circular Letter n° 20-00016/MINESUP/SG/IGS/IGA/DDES/DAJ of 21st of April 2020, the following measures must henceforth be applied within the Ministry of Higher Education, in view of protecting all my collaborators and stakeholders of the Ministerial department placed under my responsibility.

These measures which concern missions within the Higher Education System and abroad, Coordination, Committee meetings and ceremonies, the reception of users, audiences and visits, are geared towards ensuring the continuity of the public service in respect of public health and Government’s exigencies on preventing the spread of COVID-19 and the protection of the population.    Download the Circular Letter
